- Sourcing the best third party advisers suited to a client’s needs
- Instructing and liaising with third party advisers such as lawyers, accountants and bankers, ensuring that tight budgetary requirements are met
- Project managing transactions for clients
- Implementing corporate governance procedures to protect both companies, directors and shareholders
- Ensuring banking compliance is up to date and complete
- Business plan drafting, assessment and valuations
