Her areas of specialism are within Change Management. This was gained through working on the mergers of blue-chip organisations such as Chase Manhattan with JP Morgan and Barings with ING and also the Management Team at UBS.

Before her time in investment banking and after graduation Ruhi obtained her management consultancy experience from Accenture.

Over the past 10 years Ruhi has also worked within property acquisition, investment and release to market. This complements one of Zindagi’s key client bases.
